We praise you and want to join together with all those who suffer.

With so many sick people who can't stand their pain,

with so many families ruined by drugs,

with all the couples broken by the absence of love and by loneliness,

with so many children full of things but needful of love.

We praise you, calling for your help to accompany the lives

of so many immigrants full of nostalgia and insecurity,

of all those depressed, disheartened and lacking the joys of life,

of those who don't have worthwhile values,

for those whose suffering no one consoles,

for those undergoing sentences in dehumanised prisons.

We praise you, contented because you fill us with hope,

so that we believe this world can be remedied,

that it can give life like You, to create life,

that together with you and with others, we are a family

that little by little is creating your kingdom

and that we will join together in your embrace at the end of our days.

We praise you, we congratulate you and we admire you,

for explaining so well to us the best way to live,

for the way in which you told us who is our God father and mother,

because you opened new pathways for us and filled us with anticipation,

because, although things were difficult for you, you achieved your goal,

because you invited us to live like you and count on your presence,

And because we feel that you walk beside us...
